The registration process and procedures are free and must be completed exclusively through the university's official website. Registration will be available until November 25, 2024, with later dates for the evaluation that will take place in two phases. Results will be published on January 20, 2025, and the school year will begin on February 17, 2025. The two-semester program will be offered in a distance learning format under a hybrid and dual model, combining online sessions with face-to-face or synchronous activities.

Requirements include an official transcript of undergraduate grades, a reading comprehension certificate in English, a curriculum vitae, a letter of motivation, among other documents. Those accepted will need to present additional documentation, and the selection process aims to ensure that admitted students can make the most of the academic opportunities offered by URC.

It is essential that applicants meet all documentary requirements, which must be scanned in PDF format with a maximum resolution of 2 MB per file, in order to enroll in any of the specializations offered by URC.
